About QBA®

The Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA®) credential, awarded by the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA®), is an internationally recognized certification for professionals who provide advanced behavior-analytic services, clinical leadership, supervision, assessment, treatment planning, staff training, and program oversight for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

QBA® professionals are equipped to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), design and evaluate behavior intervention plans, supervise ABA practitioners, train caregivers and professionals, analyze behavioral data, and ensure ethical, evidence-based service delivery.

Course Fees

Coursework (Self-Paced – No Live Interaction) :USD $1,500

Coursework (Self-Paced + Weekly Live Sessions with a QBA® Professional):- USD $2,500

Supervision (2,000 Hours over approximately 14-15 months):-USD $2000

Supervision with Weekly International Examination Preparation over 14-15 months :- USD $2,500

Complete Package (Coursework + Supervision + International Examination Preparation + Mentorship) :- USD $5,000.

Course Requirements

• Access to the 270-hour coursework is available for two (2) years.

• Attendance at scheduled live classes is mandatory for students enrolled in the live instruction option.

• Weekly assignments must be submitted before Sunday each week.

• Students must achieve 80% mastery before progressing to the next module.

• Participation in supervision meetings is mandatory for all supervision candidates.

• The required 2,000 hours of supervised fieldwork include:

• A minimum of 1,200 indirect supervision hours, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), reviewing behavioral data, treatment planning, staff supervision, parent training, report writing, and other supervisory activities.

• A maximum of 800 direct service hours working directly with clients.

• Students are encouraged to register for the international QBA® Certification Examination through the official QABA® website after meeting all eligibility requirements.

• Certificates of Coursework Completion are awarded only after successful completion of coursework, assignments, attendance, competency requirements, and all program expectations.

Refund Policy

A 100% refund will be provided only if a registered student is not granted access to the coursework after completing registration, payment verification, and the enrollment process.

Once access to Google Classroom, online coursework, recorded lectures, or any learning materials has been provided, no refunds will be issued, as students immediately receive access to proprietary educational content. Refunds are also not available for withdrawals, missed classes, incomplete coursework, failure to achieve the required 80% mastery score, or failure to complete the program within the required timeframe.
