The Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) Learning Management System (LMS) prepares entry-level interventionists to deliver services within a three-tier model: behavior technicians, mid-level supervisors (QASP-S), and supervising behavior analysts (QBA). In this structure, ABATs implement daily instruction and behavior intervention plans designed by qualified professionals in ABA and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
The LMS provides foundational training in ABA principles, ethics, and practical intervention strategies, along with supervised fieldwork to build hands-on skills. The ABAT exam ensures candidates demonstrate minimum competency to safely support clients as paraprofessionals.
Through this LMS, I aim to strengthen my knowledge of ABA and ASD, improve my implementation skills, and confidently deliver effective, individualized interventions while growing professionally within a collaborative team.
